INGREDIENTS

50ml Grappa Bianca
150ml East Imperial Ginger Beer
25ml lime juice

Ice
Mint to garnish

PREPARATION

Pour the grappa and the lime juice into a glass full of ice, add the ginger beer and stir gently before serving with a mint garnish.
