Filippi’s Iced panettone, naturally leavened, is prepared with selected natural ingredients: fresh eggs from free range hens running in the open air fed with natural food, fresh dairy butter, Bourbon vanilla berries from Madagascar, fresh flavoured cubes of candied Calabria oranges, soft selected raisins, crispy flavoured almonds and honey.
Ingredients: Pastry 85%: wheat flour, raisins 13%, butter, fresh free-range egg yolk, candied orange peel 10% (orange peel, glucose syrup, sugar), water, cane sugar, natural yeast (wheat flour, water), honey, salt, natural flavouring (vanilla) Icing 15%: sugar, fresh egg whites from free-range hens, almonds, almond flour, rice flour, corn flour, olive oil, rice starch May contain traces of nuts, soy and mustard.
