Cook the ravioli in boiling salted water.
While the pasta is cooking, in a saucepan, warm up the olive oil, add the sage and the grated parmesan cheese and turn off when the Parmesan starts to melt.
When the pasta is ready, drain it and add it to the olive oil, sage and parmesan cheese mix. Give it a mix with the flame on, add some Parmesan cheese and pepper and serve.
