The artichokes are cut into four pieces, grilled, and preserved in oil. Their consistency is crispy, and they absorb the smoky flavour of the grilling process. Ingredients: Grilled Sliced Castellammare Purple Artichokes (Pane Ferdinando Farm), extravirgin olive oil, vinegar, salt,garlic, parsley, oregano, pepper.
