The Ercolano tomato sauce is used for pasta, pizza, bread. Made exclusively with yellow Ercolano tomatoes harvested at the foot of Mount Vesuvius in Naples and slowly cooked. Ingredients: Yellow Ercolano cherry tomato, extra virgin oil, Tropea onion, garlic, pepper, cardamom, salt.

Small and oval-shaped, with a beautiful golden-yellow colour and a soft, delicate flavour with a subtle sweetness. Grown on the slopes of Mount Vesuvius, these traditional yellow tomatoes are a taste of Campania's heritage. Ideal for sauces, pasta dishes and homemade-style dressings.

Serve at

Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and direct sunlight. Before opening, check that the safety seal is intact. Once opened, refrigerate at +4°C and consume within 3 days.
