Tasting notes

Smooth, elegant and persistent, with floral and fruity nuances. The colour is transparent and crystalline. Complex aroma with dominant floral (rose) and fruity (peach and banana) notes. On the palate, smooth, elegant, well-rounded and persistent.
Production process

TYPE OF DISTILLATION: Blend of grappas distilled using a discontinuous flow vacuum-sealed system and continuous flow column procedure.
