ACID CRAB
UNCONVENTIONAL NEGROAMARO IGT SALENTO

“Acid Crab” from Produttori di Manduria is a playful, unconventional take on Negroamaro, a grape traditionally known for rich, dark, full-bodied wines from Puglia. The quirky name signals a shift away from that classic style, instead highlighting higher acidity, freshness, and a more modern, edgy approach that challenges the region’s “big and jammy” reputation. The result is a brighter, lighter, more chillable red with vibrant fruit and a subtle bitter finish, designed for easy drinking rather than power.
