They give a robust olive oil, as rustic and true as those who cultivate it. The Intense Fruity is an olive oil at once spicy and with just a hint of astringency. Its unique characteristic is that it contains three times the antioxidant polyphenols of any other olive oil. A rich deep green with shades of gold, it is perfumed with irrepressible notes of dill, fennel, artichoke, pepper and hay. In the mouth, it unleashes a riot of vegetable tones; powerful, rich, cut through with phenols perfectly integrated into its structure – a wonderfully balanced taste. Imposing, its closing notes are deliciously spicy and it has a long finish of vegetable tones.

Made with Grappa, almond essential oil, marasca cherry distillate. Transparent and with a light straw yellow colour, on the nose there is an immediate almond aroma. On the palate intense and dry, slightly sweet in the aftertaste.
This grappa is made with the pomace of grapes harvested in the foothills of Veneto and Friuli Regions of Italy. With a transparent and crystalline appearance, the aromatic profile is full and complex; the lower alcoholic content enhances the delicate aroma. On the palate, young and fresh. Its lighter nature makes it an ideal introduction to the world of grappa.

From the dialectal word ‘Prun’, literally bump, derives the name of the indigenous varieties of tomatoes grown in Lucera: the Prunill. It is grown with the dryland farming system, it’s small size and elongated, characterized by pointed ends. The Prunill bunches are harvested in August and are kept hanging, held together by a wire, in typical necklaces or crowns. The unique and intense taste of this tomato, with its silky texture, worked from fresh raw material and then potted, is unmistakable. And for whoever loves a bit of kick to it, this one is with chilli.
