Serve cold with soda and lemon zest to make the traditional aperitivo of Bassano, it is also used in the preparation of cocktails and long drinks
Our version of the Aperol. A timeless classic, a great apéritif from Bassano. Orange, gentian root, Roman absinthe, quina and vanilla come together in a liqueur with a subtle fragrance and smooth flavour. With a delicate citrus bouquet, the aftertaste is smooth and slightly sweet.
Straw yellow in colour, can be slightly hazy due to the presence of suspended yeasts. The nose is very delicate, with floral and fruity hints of citrus fruit and dried apricots. On the palate, the bubbles are gentle and delicate, the fine fruity notes come through again, the finish is tangy and dry.
Serve at room temperature on ice
A traditional liqueur, fruity and pleasantly bitter-sweet, Tagliatella is the perfect drink for any time of the day. Made with grappa, cherry distillate, bitter orange, herbs and spices, it is extremely well balanced. Intense bouquet, pleasant and fruity, floral with notes of herbs and spices, with a predominance of cherry on the palate.
From the dialectal word ‘Prun’, literally bump, derives the name of the indigenous varieties of tomatoes grown in Lucera: the Prunill. It is grown with the dryland farming system, it’s small size and elongated, characterized by pointed ends. The Prunill bunches are harvested in August and are kept hanging, held together by a wire, in typical necklaces or crowns. The unique and intense taste of this tomato, with its silky texture, worked from fresh raw material and then potted, is unmistakable.
Brilliant ruby with hints of cherry, balsamic notes of vanilla and spices. Soft taste and good structure. It is a full-bodied wine with a balanced alcoholic content. On the palate, acidity denotes an important structure, thanks to the rigorous selection of the grapes and to the winemaking techniques employed to extract only the noblest components from the skin.
Add it to your favourite cocktail, but not before you try it on the rocks with a splash of soda.
